1. General guideline
____ Main manuscript, author checklist, and submission application form were submitted.
____ Manuscript were typed MS word with double-spaced, maximum 22 lines per page, a space of 30 mm from upper, lower, left and right margin, and 10 pt in font size.
____ Text consisted of title page, abstract, key words, main text, references, tables, and figures.
____ Author’s name and affiliation were described only on the tile page.
2. Title page
____ Title, name of all the authors and their affiliations, address of the corresponding author plus e-mail address, phone number, fax number, any conflict of interest, and financial support were described.
3. Abstract
____ Word count of English abstract was equal to or less than 200 (150 words for case reports).
____ Subheadings of abstract was placed in order listed (objective, methods, results, conclusion, and key words). Number of keywords was equal to or less than 5.
4. Main text
____ Main text consisted of introduction, methods, results, and discussion. The texts of case and brief reports were summarized as much as possible in the form of introduction, case, and discussion.
5. References
____ References should be numbered numerically in the text with double-spaced.
____ Each source was cited in the main text with superscript number and journal titles abbreviated as listed in Index Medicus.
____ Citation guidelines for order and description method were complied with.
6. Tables
____ Each table was cited in numerical order (Table 1, Table 2, etc.) in the main text.
____ Each table was provided in a separate page, and was provided as a Microsoft Word table.
____ The title of each table was concise and descriptive, and the abbreviations used in the tables were explained separately below.
____ All titles were capitalized except for articles, prepositions, and conjunctions. The table itself was fully understandable and all other rules were followed.
7. Figures and Figure Legends
____ Each Figure was cited in numerical order (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, etc.) in the main text.
____ Each figure was submitted as separate files saved in JPEG, TIFF, GIF, EPS, or PPT format.
____ The minimum resolutions for images, 300 dpi
